* Liaise between Business Subject Matter Experts, Business Analysts, Engineering teams, System Architects, and Project Management groups Navigate and influence multiple cross-functional teams in a complex, matrix work environment
* Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
* Lead internal review sessions with all levels, including senior leadership
* Document, discuss and resolve business, data and reporting issues within the team, across functional teams, and with business stakeholders
* Collaborate with project stakeholders and technical teams regarding enhancements, changes, issues and defects that may impact development, data, workflow and/or functionality
* Delivers product/team backlog, including milestones, to the agile team
* Take responsibility for the development of ongoing enhancements, create and prioritize user stores with the agile teams
* Identify, define, analyze, prioritize and refine the requirements, and will communicate those milestones and visions to the development team
* Represent the customer with the ability to prioritize tradeoffs, clarify requirements, and work to drive user stories to acceptance throughout the development lifecycle
* Work directly with our various internal and external stakeholders, including senior staff and department managers, as well as with focused development teams to ensure successful translation of those requirements into high-quality deliverables
* Participate in the development of business strategy and product roadmap
* Participate in Sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings and providing feedback to the Product Management team and Extension stakeholder
* Share and decompose features into user stories (non-technical)
* Develop a deep understanding of the customer needs
* Predict emerging customer needs and develops innovative solutions to meet them
* Act as a recognized voice of the customer to the team, on behalf of the business
* Record business requirements in the product/team backlog
* Ensure traceability between requirements, features, and user stories
* Review test cases against user stories’ acceptance criteria
* Periodically re-prioritizes the product/team backlog based on customer feedback, market changes, and business priority (possibly, as communicated by the Product Manager)
* Formally accepts the user stories once all acceptance criteria are met and demonstrated
* Actively participates in product/team backlog refinement, retrospectives, defect management, -- and agile team’s release planning sessions
* Is accessible to the agile team to answer questions identified during sprint planning sessions and daily scrum
* Own the continual acceptance criteria for business value
* Ensure that all goals and milestones have been met
* Verify value was provided to the business
* Participate in the review feature traceability activity and help with any questions
