Summary
As the Recruiting Manager, you'll lead a team of recruiters to create and direct an efficient, cost-effective, and candidate-focused recruiting process to attract and acquire top talent for Trumaker's field sales organization. You'll lead the growth of Trumaker's nationwide team of Outfitters and sales leaders who are at the heart of the personalized, service-oriented shopping experience that we provide to each customer. To ensure your team is sourcing the best-fit candidates for each role, you will also manage and optimize Trumaker's recruitment advertising campaigns and passive candidate sourcing through various outreach efforts and employee referral programs. You'll work closely with senior leadership to continue fine-tuning the company's recruitment strategy as the product line, technology, customer experience and Outfitter opportunity evolve.
Responsibilities
* Implement and manage an integrated recruitment advertising and applicant sourcing strategy to attract top notch sales management and Outfitter talent * Develop an efficient recruitment funnel that vets and engages high quality candidates while also clearly communicating Trumaker's company mission and values * Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to track applicant conversions, measure sourcing effectiveness, analyze process efficiency and effectiveness, and track progress against monthly recruitment goals * Hire, train, and manage a team of highly motivated, skilled recruiters who are passionate about finding and placing top talent in a unique, career-defining sales opportunity * Consistently collaborate with the sales leadership team to source feedback on the recruitment process and candidate selections your team has made * Quickly and seamlessly adapt recruitment strategy—including target profiles, sourcing, and recruitment process—as business needs change
Ideal Candidate
* Are experienced in handling a high volume of applicants, open positions, and monthly recruitment goals (ideally, in commission-only direct sales and/or outside field sales organizations) * Are passionate about playing a key role in building an industry-leading brand, business model, and customer experience through the sales organization you recruit * Thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving work environment built on strong communication and collaboration * Are highly organized, process and metrics driven, and goal-oriented * Quickly grasp business objectives and can draw on your personal knowledge base and source feedback to develop scalable solutions * Qualifications: * 5 years experience in full lifecycle recruiting, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, evaluation and onboarding * 3 years experience in recruiting management, including leading teams of highly productive recruiters, managing an integrated candidate sourcing strategy, in-depth knowledge of applicant tracking systems, and expertise in recruitment analytics * Demonstrated ability to create scalable programs for high volume recruiting and quickly iterate as business requirements change * Excellent communication, organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills
