Summary
We’re hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter based in our Ann Arbor, Michigan office to play an instrumental role in owning the recruiting relationship between the People Operations team and our Engineering and Product Leadership teams. Responsibilities
* Own the full recruiting life-cycle for our engineering and product teams, including sourcing, interviewing, assessing and hiring rockstar technical professionals that you’d want to know for life! * Build solid relationships with our engineering and product leadership teams to partner with them on working through the candidate pipeline and hiring process for our tech talent. * You are dynamite when it comes to networking, cold-calling, and finding “diamond in the rough” engineering and product people in passive stages and unique markets. * Partner with other areas of the company to deliver on a world class recruiting process and an outstanding experience for interviewers and hiring managers. * Successfully negotiate offers to close candidates in a highly competitive tech market. * You love the data behind the hiring process and are proud to share the results of your pipeline, applicant history, and the candidate experience with the rest of the company.
Ideal Candidate
* 4+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience. * A deep understanding of “tech speak,” as you must be knowledgeable and capable of deep diving with engineering candidates and making it all relative with our product candidates. * Capable of recruiting for a variety of positions in different geographies. * Proven success delivering recruiting results in a high growth startup environment. * Experience with progressive sourcing techniques including direct sourcing, internet data mining, and recruiting techniques through search engines, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn and other online networking communities. * Must have a passion for the “the hunt” and no fear in picking up the phone to identify and sell passive candidates on opportunities. * Experience with a web-based ATS, specifically Greenhouse. * Self-motivated and driven to succeed while needing minimal supervision. * Organized, able to work in fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks as well as adapt to business priorities that change quickly. * Commitment to utilizing your leading edge recruitment techniques, working hard and having fun in a dynamic environment. * Must be a great networker and have a track record organizing and attending meetups, conferences and events as a way to attract candidates. * Personable demeanor, trustworthiness, and solid credibility with technical leaders in previous roles. * A keen attention to detail and consistent follow up tactics. * Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. * Experience in, and a passion for, ad tech and marketing tech, while keeping up with industry trends. * BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
