- Lead Omaze's recruiting efforts, including hiring strategy, candidate sourcing, screening, and offers
- Partner with our leadership team to improve and refine the recruiting process
- Build and manage a team of recruiters
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Omaze in the LA startup ecosystem and beyond
- You have 5+ years experience in recruitment, ideally with a company during a high-growth phase
- You have management experience and are excited to build and mentor your team
- You are persuasive, engaging and organized
