You are a talented and experienced recruiting lead with a stellar network and keen eye for talent and culture fit. You can oversee and build a recruiting function in order to source and court the best and brightest talent, and be an integral part of the growth and development of our team.

• Lead Omaze's recruiting efforts, including hiring strategy, candidate sourcing, screening, and offers
• Partner with our leadership team to improve and refine the recruiting process
• Build and manage a team of recruiters
• Serve as a brand ambassador for Omaze in the LA startup ecosystem and beyond

• You have 5+ years experience in recruitment, ideally with a company during a high-growth phase
• You have management experience and are excited to build and mentor your team
• You are persuasive, engaging and organized You are a relationship builder with strong written and verbal communication skills
• You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• You take your work seriously but not yourself
