Providing advanced problem solving, analysis and support for software application and/or data issues. Supporting external users on all aspects of user reported application and/or data problems or questions involving software.
- Dealing directly with internal and external customers to ascertain problems and assisting in resolving issues while striving to build and maintain strong customer relations and partnerships.
- Troubleshooting, testing and coordinating to resolve reported software and/or data issues while providing status to internal and external clients on a timely basis with limited supervision.
- Documenting internal processes and/or business requirements from external sources.
- Reviewing the progress of and evaluating projects in terms of results achieved.
- Providing assistance in implementing and upgrading customers.
- Providing internal and external training and presentations on applications. Mentoring lower level associates.
- High school diploma, GED Certificate or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Information Systems or a similar discipline of study preferred.
- Experience supporting TriZetto's Facets Application
- Knowledge of technology systems (e.g. software products, databases, operating systems)
- Able to set up and configure WAE/Tidal batch schedules including WAE/Tidal batch transporting from old Facets version to the new Facets version.
- Understand and able to set up batch regions file, run books, commonsystemprop file
- Deploy and localize core and custom Facets jobs to the NAS
- Run batch requests for Prod and non-prod from WAE/Tidal
- Minimum of five years' related experience working in a customer service environment with healthcare and/or information systems. Experience in healthcare billing preferred.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong knowledge of claim formats and products.
- Strong data analysis, analytical and incident trouble shooting skills.
