Summary
TripleLift is hiring an HR Coordinator (People Coordinator) to join its growing team. The person who takes on this role will work with new hires and employees across the company, be responsible for maintaining our HR systems, and ensure our employees are supported across a variety of People functions. The HR (People) Coordinator will maintain lots of balls in the air, manage numerous HR systems and spreadsheets, and will partner with the VP of People (VP of HR) on projects and programs to ensure TripleLift remains a Best Place to Work. Responsibilities
* Provide guidance to employees by communicating policies, payroll, procedures, and other People programs; recommend revisions as necessary to manage risk, ensure legal compliance, and develop best practices * Enter data and audit HRIS to ensure timely and accurate information; run monthly reports for Executive and Management team * Oversee the payroll process through TriNet; work closely with the VP of People and Finance teams to ensure our employees are paid accurately * In collaboration with the VP of People, recommend and implement programs aimed at optimizing employee morale, communication, and teamwork * Maintain and revise org charts * Support the VP of People in the development of employee communication plans and other programs.
