Senior HR Representative

* Provide the first line of contact for: * Employee questions and concerns * First level manager employee related matters * Ad hoc HR project related work * Support the performance management & development of line managers and employees * Partner with HR subject matter experts such as HRBP’s, benefits, recruiting, compensation and HRIS * Conduct exit interviews for involuntary/voluntary terminations and provide on-going survey tracking and analysis. * Data analytics (turn over analysis, ER, etc.) * Partner with various organizations outside of HR such as payroll, legal, IT, facilities, finance and marketing

* Proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite and with Oracle databases * 3-5 years’ experience in HR role, including interfacing with employees and managers on sensitive matters * Extremely capable of handling confidential information * Strong analytic capability; can present trends and themes and make data tell a story and actionable * Experience working with a remote team preferred * Some experience in project management preferred * Exceptional oral and written communication skills a must * Remarkable attention to detail a must * Proven ability to work independently * Demonstrated success collaborating on a team. * Undergraduate Degree, in Human Resources or equivalent work experience
