Summary
This position would consist of 20-25 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule.
Responsibilities
**Payroll and Benefits:** * Manages the payroll process with the outside payroll company * Manages all payroll records * Maintaining employee benefits information/enrolling new employees in benefits **Assists the Human Resources Manager with the following:** * Maintenance of confidential personnel files, attendance records and employee forms * Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation as required * All other related duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate
* High level of integrity and dependability * Demonstrated professionalism and effective interpersonal skills * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required and experience or a degree in Business, Human Resources, or marketing field is preferred. * Previous payroll experience or benefits administration experience is a plus. * At least one year of office experience. * A basic knowledge of human resource functions. * Demonstrated organizational and time management skills * Proficient Microsoft Office skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
