Part-time Human Resources Assistant

This position would consist of 20-25 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule.
Payroll and Benefits:
- Manages the payroll process with the outside payroll company
- Manages all payroll records
- Maintaining employee benefits information/enrolling new employees in benefits
Assists the Human Resources Manager with the following:
- Maintenance of confidential personnel files, attendance records and employee forms
- Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation as required
- All other related duties as assigned
- High level of integrity and dependability
- Demonstrated professionalism and effective interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required and experience or a degree in Business, Human Resources, or marketing field is preferred.
- Previous payroll experience or benefits administration experience is a plus.
- At least one year of office experience.
- A basic knowledge of human resource functions.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
