Summary
TrackMaven is growing rapidly, and we are seeking an experienced marketing analytics professional to join our Professional Services team. In this position as our first full-time Digital Marketing Maven, you’ll be on the ground floor to help refine and develop our rapidly growing Professional Services offerings, and will help set the standard for exceptional client service and delivery. You’ll have an early focus on building and delivering consulting services to support TrackMaven Attribution, our new product designed to help B2B demand generation marketers maximize the ROI of their campaigns. You will also deliver services for our core platform, partnering with the Customer Success team in performing analysis across customers’ digital marketing channels to identify where our customers are leading and lagging versus their competitors, and how they can improve their results.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with TrackMaven clients to help them improve their digital marketing performance through providing guidance, best practices, and analytics powered by the TrackMaven platform. * Partner with the Chief Customer Officer and the Customer Success team to rapidly refine and launch our professional services offerings through customer feedback, input from others at TrackMaven, and your own expertise * Collaborate with the TrackMaven sales team to achieve the P&L for our professional services business through new sales and extending / expanding existing relationships * Ensuring that all of our Professional Services clients are exceptionally satisfied and fully realizing their expected value from working with TrackMaven * Continually improving how we lead our customers through their journey towards being better, more data-driven marketers. * Measuring, managing, and improving customer value realization. * Identifying, pursuing, and securing opportunities for customer advocacy
Ideal Candidate
* First and foremost, you’re a client champion. You know that prioritizing our clients’ needs first makes the rest of your job much easier. * You have a 3-5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing with a focus on demand generation, marketing automation, and web analytics. * You comfortably know your way around Salesforce.com and Google Analytics, and are proficient with at least one of the major marketing automation platforms. * You have been part of a high-performing digital marketing consulting or agency team that delivers exceptional results for their clients. * You've worked with VP and C-level executives at Fortune 1000 companies and are adept at managing multiple stakeholders in complex organizations. * You are a doer and a rising leader. You can teach, motivate, and hold others accountable for delivering exceptional results. * You’re an exceptional business operator. You know your numbers and what it takes to achieve them. * You’re data-driven and process oriented. You test, measure, repeat, and know that efficient processes and systems scale best. * You have a strong ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building. * You have an analytical background combined with experience in both sales and service. * You have an insatiable desire for continuous improvement and learning.
