Senior Financial Analyst, NA Strategic Analysis

The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate and collaborate with various North American business partners (TMS, TEMA, and TCI) in order to develop North American financial analysis, trends, and countermeasures for Senior Management.

• Lead NA Enterprise profit consolidation, analysis, and presentation for Mid-Range Business/Financial Plan. Includes leading close communication and coordination of assumptions across all NA business partners (TMA-J, TEMA, TMS, TCI, etc.)
• Prepare analysis of actuals data versus MTBP annual baseline on a quarterly basis to track major drivers, identify trends to management, and promote accountability
• Provide financial analysis support to the NA CFO for the monthly NA-EC and NA-MC meetings
• North America Financial Review (NAAFR) support and analysis bi-annually (report to TMC)
• Maintain the NA Enterprise Planning Essbase cube for data validation/integrity and leverage to increase efficiency, accuracy and enhanced analytics for MTBP
• Develop strategic financial communications for internal division meetings

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business or other related field, or equivalent work experience
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to develop effective relationships with all levels of management
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• MBA and/or CPA
• 5 or more years of finance related experience
• Proficiency in Essbase and Hyperion software
