Associate Sales Representative

Originates and closes financial transactions with new, existing and former customers within an assigned target market to develop new business, and retain and penetrate existing business.

* Generate new deal leads and prospects via cold calling from assigned database or territory * Actively manage assigned database ensuring all accounts are properly scoped and classified * Develop and cultivate strategic relationships with prospects and customers. * Develop and implement sales strategy and tactical plan for maximizing deal flow in the assigned database or territory * Partner with cross functional teams in order to facilitate the execution of deals * Perform modeling/forecasting, financial statement and cash flow analysis in order to determine deal feasibility and structure * Price loans and leases using Pricing Model and prepare Customer proposals

* Bachelor's Degree required (or high school diploma/GED and a minimum of 3 years of sales experience). * Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (or minimum of 2 years of transactional experience in financial services). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. **Eligibility Qualifications:** * Must be 18 years or older * MUST be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. * MUST submit application for employment through COS (internal candidates) or www.gecareers.com (external candidates) to be considered for this position. * MUST be willing to comply with pre-employment screening, including but not limited to, drug testing, reference verification and background check. * MUST be willing to work from office location in Brentwood or Nashville, TN. * Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
