Summary
The position provides administrative support to Legal Operations team, and assists in maximizing effectiveness and efficiency. The role also coordinates team effectiveness activities, annual budget process, development of PowerPoint and related presentations, and functional scorecard reporting and metrics.
Responsibilities
* Maintains calendar; schedules meetings/appointments; makes travel arrangement and processes expense reports. * Sorts and distributes incoming group email. * Creates and formats documents such as correspondence, memos from rough drafts, making changes in grammar, punctuation or spelling as needed. * Organizes and maintains confidential files. * Assists in development of reports, presentations, Visio diagrams and drawings, meeting materials, and various correspondences. * Processes invoices and creates purchasing requisitions within SAP system. * Coordinates and tracks Business Improvement, EBIDTA, Value Creation and Functional Projects metrics and inputs to relevant databases; coordinates all supporting materials.
Ideal Candidate
**Education** * High school diploma * Minimum 2 year degree or equivalent coursework preferred **Experience** * Minimum 3 years of office administration or management experience required **Skills** * Ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization * Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast paced environment * Intermediate knowledge of budget process * Basic knowledge of SAP * Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint * Strong oral and written communication skills * Strong organizational skills with attention to details
