Responsibilities
* Facilitate meetings with customer, HP team, and other vendors to drive execution of services within the IT organization.
2. Conduct meetings with customer to optimize ITIL processes (specifically incident, problem, and change management).
3. Manage/oversee daily IT operations with HP, customer, and other prime vendors to ensure SLA's being met)
4. Support account executive and account delivery executive on initiatives related to the service contract with Allison.
Ideal Candidate
* Experience with ITSM (IT Service Management and Delivery)
2. Previous experience working with and applying ITIL processes in a production environment.
3. Customer facing business experience
4. IT Operations experience
