Responsibilities
  • Facilitate meetings with customer, HP team, and other vendors to drive execution of services within the IT organization.
  • Conduct meetings with customer to optimize ITIL processes (specifically incident, problem, and change management).
  • Manage/oversee daily IT operations with HP, customer, and other prime vendors to ensure SLA's being met)
  • Support account executive and account delivery executive on initiatives related to the service contract with Allison.
Ideal Candidate
  • Experience with ITSM (IT Service Management and Delivery)
  • Previous experience working with and applying ITIL processes in a production environment.
  • Customer facing business experience
  • IT Operations experience
