Senior Manager IT Business Office

Roy Grumman, co-founder of Grumman Aircraft Engineering Corporation, proposed the development of a purpose-built business aircraft at World War II’s end.

Responsible for IT Service Management process ownership for the entire IT organization and Project Management of Infrastructure projects.

* Oversee the delivery of IT Business Office services to the IT organization * Promote adherence to and compliance with process and policy * Advocate, promote and demonstrate continuous improvement * Manage IT infrastructure Business Office resources including budget * Direct the professional, technical and support staff of the Business Office * Manage and actively contribute to the development of direct reports. * Performs other duties as assigned **Additional Functions:** * Gets results that have a clear positive and direct impact on business performance

* Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or technology-related field. * Seven (7) years demonstrated experience in leadership position. **Other Requirements:** * IT Service Management leadership experience preferred. * PMO leadership experience preferred * Soft skills and technical skills that contribute to client satisfaction. * Good understanding of corporate IT policies, procedures and standards * Collaboration and decision making skills * ITIL implementation experience * Business functional experience a plus.
