Product Manager

* Candidate will be responsible for defining software technical requirements for our network and service management software specifically in the Service Fulfillment & Service and Network Provisioning & Change Management space * Candidate will also be responsible for defining technical roadmap of our cloud platform as per our cloud service offering based on the business needs * Candidate will be responsible for interacting with multiple teams internally such as Engineers, documentation, support, or externally with our key customers and stakeholders on the technical and business level

* BS/MS in Computer Science or SW Engineering * MBA is desired * Minimum 5 years of product management experience * Minimum 10 years of SW development experience * Minimum 3 years of experience in defining software requirements and user stories and prioritizing the requirements based on business needs * Domain knowledge in Network and Service Management * Domain knowledge if in Service Fulfillment from Service order to service activation * Domain knowledge in Day Network and Service Change Management process and automation * Knowledge of eTOM, ITSM, ITIL * Inter-personal skill sets and collaboration with many different teams geographically dispersed * Experience with Agile software development process * This is a technical product management role who the candidates must be savvy of SW development process and architecture and technology
