Responsibilities
- The Director of Direct-to-Consumer Digital Marketing oversees the digital marketing strategy for T-Mobile and will lead the strategy development and delivery of digital marketing campaigns to various audiences across multiple digital channels. - This includes both consumer and B2B digital direct response marketing. The specific channels include web content, mobile, email, SEM, SEO. - The Director will evangelize consumer-centric best practices in digital creative and content development, consumer insight, integrated planning and ROI evaluation and onsite display ads. These channels represent a $25M budget. - This individual will set the team's digital execution plans across multiple consumer and business touch points, and work on growing T-Mobile's digital audience by developing highly innovative marketing campaigns through digital channels and experiences resulting in cost effective Gross Ads (sales). - S/He will collaborate with offline channel marketing to ensure a seamless and cost effective customer journey, driving prospects to the Web and Telesales. - Devise strategies to drive leads and sales (GA's) across multiple digital channels, collaborating with brand and offline Marketing. Plan and oversee execution of all web, SEO/SEM, and display advertising campaigns to drive GA's for consumer and B2B. - Partner with digital intelligence/analytics teams to create, measure, analyze and optimize marketing related content performance in all digital communication channels and provide insights and key learning to affiliated teams; work cross functionally for overall attribution. - Report to key stakeholders and senior management on digital marketing success and new innovations. - Drive thought leadership for the digital strategy. - Direct advertising agencies on branding requirements to ensure a seamless communication experience across all channels. - Lead a growing team of digital marketers.
Ideal Candidate
- 8+ years of proven experience building high ROI online marketing programs that acquire new customers - Demonstrate experience managing and leading digital marketing programs, marketing database, display advertising and social media programs with a keen understanding of integrated marketing - Track record of building scalable digital marketing campaign strategies and executing strategies with passion, precision and excellence - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. - Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns to drive Gross Ads - Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments and analyzing programs on ROI or other KPI's - Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) - Exceptional customer insight skills and ability to translate them into digital strategies - Bachelor's degree in business with a focus on marketing - Master's degree in marketing and or marketing analytics preferred
