Summary
We are seeking an Organizational Design Support Specialist to provide support to the organization design team within our Digital Foundations IT group. The role will work closely with the HR lead of an employee migration project and focus on the creation, improvement, management and control of documents and files containing sensitive employee information; which includes organization charts, job descriptions and employee data. This person would be responsible for driving the analytical and operational components of the project. They will be required to specialize in working with sensitive employee data and assist in utilizing models and tools to optimize business decisions. We are looking for an individual who can understand human resources strategies and utilize data to help drive selection and placement decisions.
Responsibilities
* Manages the list of Organization Design Resources * Provides document and file control for job descriptions, organization charts, job evaluations, workforce skills data, and placement data * Accesses, creates, updates, improves, stores and distributes documents and files per org design resources * Provides workshop support to include the distribution and collection of confidential materials, the capture of workshop output, and post workshop communications * Maintains record trail of document and file versions and change decisions * Carries out other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Lead
Ideal Candidate
* Experience handling sensitive information and maintaining strict confidentiality * Exceptional document management skills * Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills * Strong written skills * Attention to detail and quality control focused * Ability to work in a matrix environment * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources related discipline a plus * Experience working with employee data is highly desired
