SNAPCARD was founded in 2013 in order to help consumers spend their digital currencies. Since then we have been rethinking the way that merchants accept digital currency. It is our focus to help merchants understand the value of accepting digital currencies.
Summary
We're seeking a Marketing Manager with intense evangelical skills that loves getting things done. You should have complete control of modern formats of communication and absolutely love making social noise. Our Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in both developing and delivering our marketing strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for the global marketing activities for Snapcards solutions and will work with the founders, Sales, Product, Operations, and Tech to develop messaging, positioning, content, and go-to-market plans. The ideal candidate will have a sharp intellect, entrepreneurial spirit and a successful track record of understanding target markets, defining messaging, developing content, and executing product launch plans. You'll be our first dedicated Marketing resource and report directly to our Product Manager.
Responsibilities
* Completely own all external traffic channels (email, blog, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat). * Create and promote a cadence and content for webinars. * Own acquisition and customer marketing campaigns to drive online conversion (SEM). * Work with the sales team to evaluate lead quality and performance through close. * Identify, organize and execute Snapcards conference attendance strategy. * Collaborate with our designer to create corporate Keynote templates, first call decks, sales meeting decks, and other content needed by the organization. * Actively collect, analyze, and internally distribute information and industry trends. * Engage with company stakeholders to communicate status, progress, and results of the various campaigns. * Conduct customer research and surveys to build a thorough understanding of who are customers are, what they value, and how those values align to our offerings.
Ideal Candidate
* Gets things done even when resources are constrained. High energy, works well under pressure * A proven track record of improving the effectiveness of digital campaigns and organically growing social media channels * Proficiency with Marketing tools & technologies like email automation, landing page design and instrumentation, and A/B testing * Passion for writing, editing, and proofreading with an attention to detail * Strategic thinker with an independent entrepreneurial spirit * Strong startup experience and startup-level interpersonal skills * Proficiency in completing projects on short notice * Creativity and intellectual curiosity * Grit, positive attitude, and enthusiasm * HTML/CSS/Sketch/Photoshop knowledge preferred
