Telephone, Live Chat & Email Full-time Customer Support needed - Shopify experienced!

We are looking for an expert customer service representative with experience working with Shopify stores. When you apply, include the word purple and tell us about your previous customer service experience.

Working Hours (when my customers are active):

• 12am to 8am GMT +8  OR
• 9am to 5pm GMT -7
• Mon to Friday

• Experience using ZenDesk or FB live chat messenger to respond to customers.
• Expert level on how to use Shopify interface when supporting
• Knows how to set up Zendesk with shopify
• Knows how to set up Zendesk canned responses

• Experience working as customer service rep concurrently with handling inbound phone calls, following up with outbound phone calls and responding to emails/live chat with not on phone. 


• Respond to customer requests on ZenDesk, Live Chat swiftly within hours

• Handle inbound Telephone Line in perfect US Native English
• Follow up with outbound Telephone calls with customers
• Issue refunds according to our refund policy
• Re-send products to customers when needed
• Respond to all customer inquiries quickly and accurately
• Communicate on Skype daily with team
• Use of Trello to keep records of workflow
• Display a high level of professionalism at all times
• Enthusiastic and cheerful tone of voice
• Process daily orders with suppliers using excel sheet online

We need someone with warm personality, native USA speaker, and a great attitude to serve.

This person needs to communicate with me on skype during working hours and be prompt in handling problems that arises with a never-giving-up mindset.

They must love serving customers and enjoy solving problems for them.

This job isn't suitable for someone who's just applying to get a job. That won't work for us.
