The Lifestyle Editor will be a key member of the StyleCaster editorial team, and a vital force in defining the voice and content scope for the vertical. The ideal candidate should possess a strong, sophisticated, modern awareness of the digital lifestyle space, and be an expert in all things home decor, food and drink, relationships, and travel.

* Conceptualize, produce, write, assign, or otherwise oversee a minimum of 3 stories per day * Maintain monthly editorial calendar * Liaise with photo/design teams to conceptualize artwork, schedule and execute original photo shoots * Manage freelance contributors * Ensure Lifestyle category meets monthly traffic goals * Represent StyleCaster at events and market appointments when appropriate

* A minimum of 3 years editorial experience at a fast-paced digital media company * An unmatched knowledge of the modern women's lifestyle space * Exceptional skills in editing and packaging stories with a tone that's snappy and conversational, yet highly informational and accurate * Well-versed in digital strategy, analytics, and SEO * A broad network of exceptional writers and contributors, as well as a strong roster of contacts within the industry * A proven ability to perform under high-pressure conditions
