Summary
Lead global organization of professionals accountable for Dell's largest vendor funding programs. Overseas strategic programs associated with vendor funding and ensures global training, performance expectations, and reporting requirements are achieved to optimize marketing activities. Develops and implements new programs and activities related to vendor funding, overseas relationships with ad agencies, and coordinates across Global Marketing organization to ensure effective funding and financial allocations.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple global marketing funding programs for processors - Manage and have a deep understanding of the complex partner marketing guidelines to maximize funding - Liaison with partners, global agencies and Dell global businesses (Consumer, Retail, SB, B2B, Channel and ESG) on cohesive communications and solutions - Recommend business solutions considering customer needs and Dell interests, by coming up with unique, creative solutions and/or program components for global execution - Track and communicate overall partner funding and close of quarter processes at all levels within the organization - Continuously coordinate, create and deliver training to global Dell and agency teams on partner requirements related to compliance, claiming and process improvements to drive efficiencies - Negotiate and refine global marketing agreements and processes - Lead incremental projects that interface across all Dell global businesses - Manage partner branding requirements across all marcom vehicles and Dell products - Manage global partner tools for marketing compliance - Serve as escalation path on customer experience issues related to partners
Ideal Candidate
**Requirements** - Bachelor's degree - 10+ years of marketing or procurement with direct leadership experience - Experience working in a global environment - Strong drive for results, business and financial acumen, and strategic agility - Solid communication skills at all levels of the organization (including executives) - Able to prioritize demands while ensuring customer needs are exceeded **Preferred** - Master's Degree or MBA - Comfortable presenting to senior executives in a formal setting
