Summary
Responsible for tactical management of key InVivoLink accounts, including implementation and ongoing management of bundled payment programs.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for bundled payment Account Management activities at new and existing hospitals and clinics * Responsible for developing and reporting account plans according to company goals * Responsible for relationships with surgeons, hospital leadership, and other episode of care constituents * Bridges external and internal relationships while InVivoLink is being implemented and supported * Travel required up to 70% * Manages tactical bundled payment Account Management activities at new and existing hospitals and clinics * Ensure adoption and compliance to standards in outcomes data collection, OR data collection, patient engagement, surgeon engagement, and other registry initiatives * Analyzes and communicates opportunities for increased revenue / savings * Coordinates implementation and adoption activities at new accounts * Analyzes system utilization and compliance for opportunities * Responsible for managing and reporting account plans for each account * Manages communication plans for each account (communicate flawlessly) * Responsible for relationships with surgeons, hospital leadership, and other episode of care constituents * Assist sales, marketing, and business development activities as needed * Establish yourself as an expert in your field. Become a trusted resource for your accounts who educates, empowers, and informs clients on InVivoLink-related subjects. * Work constructively with internal staff on furthering account goals and company success * Coach and assist internal and external staff as needed
Ideal Candidate
* Graduate degree recommended. * 3 years experience. * Knowledge in sales and marketing * Knows how to assist and coach staff * Knows managing and reporting account plans for each account
