Summary
Product Manager II will develop and implement brand strategy plans for internal and external communications designed to improve visibility and brand recognition within established objectives.
Responsibilities
* Execute Corporate Brand Strategy across internal and external communication vehicles (corporate website, intranet, brand pillars.) * Increase visibility of the Corporate Brand through development of ownable marketing content (videos, editorial content, infographics, etc..) * Provide coordination and oversight of projects with agency partners (PR, Branding, Website.) * Implement direct to consumer (DTC) strategy with launch of brand in retail and eCommerce space. * Identify marketing and digital marketing tactics to build consumer awareness for DTC brand. * Development of annual marketing plan to grow and increase profitability of DTC business. * Commercialize brand/product portfolio and lead cross- functional project teams.
Ideal Candidate
**Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or related field * Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience with 3 years in consumer packaged goods marketing * Strong project leadership experience with demonstrated success in managing multiple projects and P&L’s * Expertise in syndicated databases, market research, business and brand planning, advertising, promotional * activities and consumer communications * Strong Financial And Business Acumen * Excellent Oral And Written Communications Skills * Superior Analytical And Organizational Skills * Diplomacy Skills * Strong Cross-Functional Strategic Leadership, Communication, And Teamwork Skills **Preferred Qualifications:** * Master’s Degree in Business or related field * Consumer Product Experience Highly Desired
