Summary

A global leading investment manager with 100's of million in AUM is seeking a digital marketing manager to be located in their NYC office. In this role you will be responsible for digital product development by creating unique, engaging and value-driven web, social and mobile experiences.

The Digital Marketing Manager will act as the voice and advocate of customers to define and deliver Web, Social Media and Mobile initiatives that enhance and improve the user experience.

This position requires a creative, hands-on facilitator with the business savvy to work across departments to deliver cutting edge digital products that have a direct positive impact on the bottom line.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate feature roadmap and definitions on assigned digital products
  • Define and present success metrics to drive new enhancements and product features
  • Interface with Technology department as a product owner
  • Manage all aspects of the execution activities: scope, issues/risks, schedule, budget, communication, team and client relationships on a daily basis
  • Actively monitor developments to prepare for unexpected events and identifies corrective actions when needed (i.e. slippages, risk mitigation, etc)
  • Collaborate with teams on Content Creation, Publishing, Analytics, Web Development, Integrated Marketing, Creative Services, Corporate Communications, Legal Services, 3rd-party agencies and vendors, etc.
Ideal Candidate
  • 3-7 years of experience supporting a consumer-facing digital product including at least 2 years of experience within the asset management industry.
  • Experience delivering innovative digital products for Financial Advisors and / or Individual Investors strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s Degree or related certifications a plus
  • Experience leading large digital projects with multiple stakeholders from concept to implementation
  • Proven ability to create superior user engagement, customer experience, and/or customer acquisition in a Web context
  • Thorough understanding of web / software development life cycle and the ability to interpret user behavioral analytics and reporting into actionable insights
