Woopra unites customer data from your company's web, mobile, CRM, email automation, help desk, and more, in order to build a single and complete profile for each customer. This data is then used as the foundation for creating better customer experiences through optimization and personalization.

We are looking for an ambitious, energetic person to take ownership of our growth marketing strategy and operations.

• Creating and executing an engaging content calendar
• Refining the company’s positioning and executing targeted campaigns that include email marketing, paid search, and content
• Spearheading outbound campaigns that generate leads
• Managing all social media accounts, including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Working closely with sales and the CEO
• Working towards pre-determined, agreed upon KPIs

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, personalization and customer experience
• Proficiency in at least one analytics tool
• Strong writing and content creation skills, with past experience writing about digital marketing topics
• Places high value on customer experience
• Previous experience planning and executing lead gen campaigns
