Technical Service Representative

Provide technical service / support to Sealed Air / Food Care customers and support Sales in the promotion of Sealed Air / Cryovac packaging and equipment systems.

• Provide equipment troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and process improvement recommendations to customers using Sealed Air / Cryovac materials.
• Train customer personnel in equipment operation and maintenance including preventative maintenance
• Assists in the installation and start up of equipment in customer plants
• Performs equipment audits and assists with material and packaging quality audits
• Maintains records and issues reports required for the field service function

Required:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Associate's Degree, Technical Certification, or the equivalent
• Valid Driver's License

Additional:

Individuals should possess good interpersonal communication skills, basic competency in mechanical and electrical systems, basic computer literacy, and be a self starter.
