Technical Service Representative

Provide technical service / support to Sealed Air / Food Care customers and support Sales in the promotion of Sealed Air / Cryovac packaging and equipment systems.

* Provide equipment troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and process improvement recommendations to customers using Sealed Air / Cryovac materials. * Train customer personnel in equipment operation and maintenance including preventative maintenance * Assists in the installation and start up of equipment in customer plants * Performs equipment audits and assists with material and packaging quality audits * Maintains records and issues reports required for the field service function

**Required:** * 3-5 years of relevant experience * Associate's Degree, Technical Certification, or the equivalent * Valid Driver's License **Additional:** Individuals should possess good interpersonal communication skills, basic competency in mechanical and electrical systems, basic computer literacy, and be a self starter.
