Summary
The Account Executive will play an integral role in the continued growth of Results Physiotherapy through ongoing outreach, engagement, and partnership in the designated market. Identifying and establishing referral relationships with industry professionals and businesses is essential to success in this role. The Account Executive is extremely goal-oriented, focused, and driven by results. The preferred candidate will come to Results with local and prior experience in Occupational Health and/or Workers Compensation and pre-established connections/relationships.
Responsibilities
The account executive will connect and follow-up with claims administrators, case managers, employers and Physical Therapy networks to refer patients to Results. This will be accomplished through: * Studying, assessing and implementing current and new sales/marketing initiatives * Working closely with Results’ clinical staff to enhance referrer relationships * Organizing presentations and meetings with industry professionals and businesses; utilizing clinical experts when appropriate * Identifying effective advertisement opportunities including attendance at industry specific organization conferences * Assessing referral drivers in each individual market and developing strategic implementation plans to grow business * Working closely with physician marketing team to identify symbiotic opportunities * Developing strategic plans assessing Workers Compensation landscape in proposed new markets * Involvement in industry specific organizations to improve organization visibility and enhance networking opportunities * Obtain a thorough understanding of and be able to verbalize Results’ mission and value proposition * Accurate and thorough activity, pipeline and summary reporting to Director of Occupational Health and Executive Team
Ideal Candidate
**Qualifications:** * 2-5 years’ Occupational Health and/or Worker’s Comp experience in the local market * Bachelor's degree preferred * Demonstrated prospecting, sales closing, presentation, organizational, and customer service skills * Experience analyzing information for improved regional development * Valid driver's license required * Willingness to travel (overnight included) regularly to all areas of the specified region as well as occasional trips outside of that area if necessary
