Responsibilities
The Director of Client Service-Information Management, will play an instrumental role in growing market revenue through the identification and development of new target clients as well as management of existing client relationships. Our entrepreneurial culture provides the opportunity to own a client portfolio while working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment to achieve overall business objectives. Through a consultative approach, the Director of Client Service will sell all RGP’s service lines to new and existing clients; clarify the scope of projects; identify business solutions; align Consultants for execution; and negotiate billing arrangements. In addition, this individual will utilize his/her exceptional client relationship and communication skills to continually ensure clients’ expectations are being met and to identify future project initiatives. In addition to business development activities, the Director of Client Service will be actively involved in managing and retaining Consultants. This individual will work to minimize Consultant “unassigned time” by effectively managing project transition dates and communicating regularly with Consultants regarding new engagements in the pipeline. Serving as a member of the collaborative market team, this individual will support market team goals and objectives by actively participating in strategy and planning sessions, team building, and other market initiatives. **Key Performance Indicators** * Achieves success in creating market opportunities and building client relationships resulting in revenue growth and client penetration * Creates an effective business development plan that contributes to the success of overall market goals, plans and strategies * Demonstrates a constant drive to network with new people and develop additional relationships to ensure successful market penetration * Proactively services clients by gaining an in depth understanding of their needs, current and future initiatives, and business plans which in turn allows him/her to be a creative resource in solving client problems * Demonstrates a strong understanding of RGP’s practice areas and is able to have knowledgeable discussions exhibiting a strong awareness of current trends and issues * Consistently and actively participates in networking organizations and events solidifying the RGP’s brand and presence as a market leader * Successfully manages and retains highly-skilled Consultants by building strong relationships, providing regular communication, and identifying opportunities for growth and development * Actively contributes to the market by interfacing effectively with all team members each of whom brings a variety of perspectives and values to the practice
Ideal Candidate
**Professional Experience** * Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in industry, Big Four or consulting in the Information Management space * Successful experience selling professional services, networking and generating leads * Strong, professional network in the Indianapolis, IN area * Bachelor’s degree is required **Success Attributes** * Strong work ethic that is consistently exhibited in attitude and personal drive * Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities * Tremendous sense of urgency with a passion for building and growing a business * Creative, with business savvy and the ability to respond quickly to ever-changing situations * Competitive with an entrepreneurial spirit that motivates within a cohesive team environment * Engaging and highly effective interpersonal and communication skills that attract and grow lasting relationships * Relentless attention to detail coupled with successful time management and prioritization skills

Additional Notes on Compensation

*Competitive base salary, medical/dental, bonus incentive plan, 401 (k), employee stock purchase plan, and stock options. The long-term success of this individual will only be limited by his/her performance. *We do not offer relocation assistance.
