- Directly responsible for the satisfaction of our customers
- Providing resolutions to customers day to day questions
- Providing quick response times and quality support
- Operating in a fast-paced, dynamic call center environment
- Explaining technical concepts and having difficult conversations on a regular basis
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Clear communication and problem solving skills
- High sense of urgency, patience, and flexibility
- Previous customer service experience is required, as well as strong computer skills
- Desire to be part of a fast-faced work environment
