Customer Service Representative

SYKES is looking for full-time Customer Services Representatives in Allentown, PA. When customers call a support number because they need information on their insurance plans, they are actually call SYKES.

We help people by efficiently gathering customer information, assessing and fulfilling customer needs, and educating them on their best options! We provide awesome customer service on behalf of the big companies you deal with every day. * Minimum – 1 year Call Center Environment * High school Diploma or equivalent * Understanding of a call center environment * Fluent in English * Strong computer skills * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills * Strong Problem Resolution Skills * Medical or health care related work experience * Experience in Medical Scheduling * Post – secondary education * Team Players * 1 year + of customer service experience
