Responsibilities
The General Office Clerk performs office clerical duties requiring limited knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Clerical duties will be assigned in accordance with the office procedures of our various clients. The ideal candidate will have experience answering the phone making outbound calls and being a general gate keeper. They will also be responsible for record-keeping typing or word processing, search engine activities office machine operation such as printers and fax machines and filing.

* Office or administrative experience * Ability to learn fast * Time management * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Professional attitude and polished telephone communication skills * Must be computer literate using common applications including Word, Excel, Email * Must know how to do research and navigate on the internet
Compensation and Working Conditions
Hourly Pay $13 and up

Working Conditions

Monday -Friday 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
