Summary
The project coordinator will provide overall project collaboration and coordination, track and manage the project appropriately, compile and deliver project status reports, coordinate project schedules, manage project meetings, direct communications with team members as required, develop collaborative efforts to help resolve technical problems, identify and analyze requirements to assist in defining project scope and deliverables when necessary. The position will coordinate, manage and monitor project activities and ensure all project phases and objectives are met and documented appropriately through data validation, analyses, and will prepare project materials for sponsor, stakeholders and client as required. The coordinator will also support performance measurement activity associated with the project process by establishing, defining, updating and reporting on the measures and target deliverables associated with the project. The project coordinator will have responsibilities that include PBA websites, newsletters, apps, streams and the fundraising software, etc.
Responsibilities
* Updating project estimated and actual completion date * Updating task estimated and actual deliverable delivery date * Documenting why projects go over budget with a correct plan to address * Reviewing deliverable due dates and making sure deliverables are completed on time * Monitoring and changing project status as project move through project lifecycle * Verifying task status are correct based on the work being performed * Identifying issues with vendors/consultants time on project * Closing out projects and put in Review * Verifying all time and expenses entered before closing project * Verifying and update project details after meetings * Sending stakeholders and vendors emails on project schedule and request for information * Compiling monthly data report for all PBA platforms * Updating project status * Other duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate
**Qualifications:** * Ability to manage multiple assignments and projects simultaneously with high level attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization solid interpersonal & relationship skills, including the ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and ability to use other data & system tools. * Ability to compile, review and evaluate data for accuracy and completeness. * Ability to deal appropriately with confidential information. **Requirements:** * A Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Project Management, Communications, Business or related field is required. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience with the entire Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience producing and delivering appropriate communications to the Executive Level. * Experience summarizing results and producing management reports. * Outstanding attention to detail and adherence to project deadlines. **Physical Demands:** * The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
