Summary
Drive Performance and Results: As a key leader on the HR Team, you will continuously think about our customers, employees, and the business and accept personal accountability for driving results. Through your approach, you will be relentless in creating value, identifying and realizing opportunities, to achieve superior results for shareholders and stakeholders, and responsible for driving performance and results with ethics and integrity throughout the organization. Coach and Develop Talent: Develop workforce plans and human capital strategies aligned with business unit needs and provide guidance and recommendations to Talent Management to ensure attraction, selection, integration, development and retention of highly skilled workers to meet business objectives. Coach and develop a team of HR Generalists to be high performing business partners.
Responsibilities
* Serve as dedicated Senior HR business consultant to executives, managers, and employees of assigned functional groups and/or business units in the U.S. and Latin America * Coach business partners to best assess and act on talent management requirements, performance management, and succession planning and employee development * Conduct/work on special studies/projects requiring HRBP subject matter expertise * Partner with and influences HR Centers of Excellence and HR Service Center to ensure the business is receiving optimal service and value added programs that are aligned with business strategy * Utilize quantitative data and intuitive observation to drive people-related decisions and demonstrate measurable value added to the organization. * Develop engagement across the organization * Conduct management training pertaining to leadership, change mgmt., team dynamics, etc., as well as HR programs and rollouts
Ideal Candidate
* Proven ability and success working with executives, managers, employees and other HRBP to create and sustain a highly engaged and enabled work environment * Experience and proven performance delivering HR strategies and HR Life Cycle Programs that enable and continuously improve business performance * Organizational Savvy; created shared purpose with employees / managers / executives * Nimble and agile in working tactical and strategic solutions * Demonstrated strength in relationship building and consulting skills with success influencing leaders at all levels; strong facilitator, skilled at leading multiple, complex projects * Analytical with balanced customer focus/people skills * Great communication skills. Must be an articulate and persuasive communicator who encourages innovation and collaboration * A highly collaborative style with a willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teams, as both a leader and a supporting team member * BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development or related subject or equivalent. MBA or MA in Human Resources preferred * Minimum 10 to 12 years HR Generalist Experience including a minimum of 5-7 years as a senior level HRBP
