Responsibilities
Piedmont Office Realty Trust, a national equity REIT with over 20 million square feet of office buildings, is seeking an entry level Analyst for the Asset Management department. The position is based at the company's headquarters in Johns Creek, Georgia. The typical duties include lease analysis, annual budget reviews, ARGUS modeling, property financial reviews and acquisition / disposition due diligence. **Job Responsibilities:** 1. Maintain integrity of assigned ARGUS models on a regular basis, will include: * Leasing updates * Tenant changes * Capital activity * Market assumption changes 2. Provide analytical support for Asset Managers, which will include, but not limited to: * Lease analysis * Capital payback analysis * NPV analysis * Market tracking analysis * Expense recovery 3. Monitor property performance, such as the review of monthly financial statements, accounts receivable balances, capital expenditure activity, etc. 4. Support Portfolio Management initiatives. 5. Provide due diligence support for acquisitions.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's degree (Finance or Real Estate preferred) * 1-4 years of commercial real estate experience * Strong verbal and writing skills * Experienced in financial analysis (NPV, IRR, lease comparison, ROI, DCF modeling, payback, financial statements, etc.) * ARGUS and Excel experience preferred
