Global Marketing Director

Autotask Corporation develops professional services automation software that operates as a Web-based information technology (IT) services management software. Its software is designed to enable the management of professional services, such as managed services, break-fix, consulting engagements, system integration, networking projects, software implementations, service desk contracts, and scheduled maintenance.

The Director of Global Marketing Programs develops, manages, and leads global go-to-market strategy. The Demand Generation team manages the entire marketing funnel to maximize marketing originated and influenced bookings, and ROI through localized campaigns that include events, paid and organic online programs, nurturing and marketing automation, sales enablement, and competitive analysis. This role reports to the VP of Marketing and works in tandem with teams responsible for content development, product management, and client services to meet corporate objectives and maintain consistency across the organization.

* Contribute to over-arching marketing strategies to drive profitability and retention through Marketing * Understand customer needs and competitive offerings to maximize adoption of our full suite of products * Paid & organic marketing campaigns * Manage global demand gen team and staff in multiple domestic and international regions * Manage quarterly campaign cadence to support product lines * Manage global marketing budget, ensuring we meet monthly, quarterly and annual spend targets * Monitor analytics and campaign performance using data provided by Marketing Operations team and optimize accordingly * Localization & translation * Develop and sustain strong industry partner relationships

* 5+ years of experience including demonstrated success in demand generation * Marketing automation experience, Marketo preferred * Familiarity with software or technology industry desired * Initiative to identify and creatively resolve issues for positive results * Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and develop staff * Exceptional prioritization and analytical skills * Exceptional project management and organizational skills. **Education and Training:** * Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree desirable
