System Solution Analyst

This position will be focused on delivery, installation, implementation, and support of MS Dynamics GP 10.0 and MRI Software. This position requires strong team work and project management skills to facilitate business needs of Accounting and Lease Management departments. The candidate is expected to assist with gap analysis, functional areas and solution change management. Candidates primary focus will be on detailed project tasks, assisting users with incorporating and/or changing their business processes, identify problem areas and proposing alternatives and recommendations for customizations, enhancements and reporting to meet business needs.

* In-house MS Dynamics GP 10.0 / MRI Software expert who can analyze requirements, assist users and create reports. * Manage system upgrades and change requests. * Liaison between internal clients and vendors * Maintain role and rights matrix in the systems * Assist with closing and re-opening financial periods * Assist with budget and journal entry bulk uploads. * Perform data consistency checks and modification across all modules. * Assist with backend data integration between MS Dynamics GP / MRI Software and 3rd party systems. * Create / Modify financial reports in MS Dynamics GP / MRI Software * Provide assistance with user training and fulfilling their individual responsibilities in the implementation and operation of new or revised systems. * Interface with SQL databases to perform queries and produce reports. * Troubleshoot support tickets in a timely manner. * Create and update Functional and Technical artifacts. * Develop best practices and processes.

**Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree or equivalent. * 3+ years’ experience coming from Real Estate / Asset management / Infrastructure / Non Profit domains. * 3+ years of progressive experience in enterprise software design, development and implementation. * 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0 and above Financial Mgmt. and Management Reporter. * Expertise in core financial modules (AP, AR, GL), and other area including Project Accounting, Sales Order Processing, Purchase Order Processing, Inventory, etc. * 3+ years of experience of creating SQL Queries and Custom Reporting with Crystal Reports for MS Dynamics GP, Management Reporter for MS Dynamics GP, Excel, SQL Reporting, * Proficient in using MRI software Commercial Management and Budget & Forecasting. * Good understanding of Accounting and Lease Management. * Good understanding of financial, reporting formats and internal controls. * Good trouble shooting capabilities in Microsoft Dynamics GP and MRI Software. * Hands-on with MS SQL 2008 or above (with SQL Queries), MS Access, MS Excel (with Advance macros). * Trouble shooting capabilities in Microsoft Dynamics GP, MRI Software, MS SQL, Advance Excel * Exposure to any financial reporting tool. * Well-developed written and analytic skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Strong consideration will be given for background in MS Great Plains and MRI as well as general accounting practices. * Strong consideration will be given for familiarity with MS Dynamics GP and MRI architecture and internal tables. * This position requires teamwork, excellent problem solving skills, and attention to detail. * Experience working on integration of MS Dynamics GP/MRI with 3rd party software. * Experience with full upgrade cycles and deployment of customizations for MS Dynamics GP/MRI. * Experience working Microsoft SQL Server for data extraction and custom reporting. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Experience in client facing roles. * JavaScript, CSS and HTML skills * Microsoft certifications within GP is a plus * Project Management certification / experience is a plus
