Summary
You are a high integrity company builder looking for an opportunity to create a category and sell a high ROI solution that solves a huge and growing problem for marketers. Persado is a high-growth marketing technology company, and we are looking for an Enterprise Sales Director with deep understanding and expertise selling into banks and brokers. You are responsible for developing and closing a book of business with average deal sizes above $500,000 to several million dollars from a set of strategic named accounts. We currently have no natural competitors. Preferably you are based in New York.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for designated named accounts * Exceed revenue targets from your territory * Lead a team of resources to deliver the most comprehensive cross-channel solution available from Persado * Be a great team-mate by offering support and guidance where you can
Ideal Candidate
* 5-10 years’ direct sales experience ideally in marketing or related technology * Strong understanding of the digital eco-system * Understanding of business & proven track record of managing complex sales * Strong ‘C’ level contacts within key customers * Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience at VP level and above within our core verticals * Organized and structured thinking for planning and execution purposes * Leadership and gravitas to effectively conduct business activities * Salesmanship and effective communications * Time management (ability to work alone and develop own daily/weekly agenda) * Experience selling 12 month platform subscriptions typically in the range of $250k to over $1m in ARR. **Who You Are:** * A self-starter with strict attention to detail * Drive, self-confidence and resourcefulness * Vision, positive attitude and ability to think outside of the box * Analytically minded and able to manage a team of resources to deliver targets * Passionate in the way you convey solutions.
