Summary

We’re looking for a super-motivated, experienced and technical candidate to own Marketing Ops at Lever. We have a product that customers are already raving about; your job will be to help Lever gain a competitive advantage by driving adoption of innovative marketing technology and providing insightful, powerful analytics and reporting. We’re building a world-class marketing organization and assembling the right team to begin scaling aggressively. As the first-ever Marketing Operations Manager, you will own the evaluation, implementation and optimization of our marketing infrastructure. You will collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements from business users, and configure our marketing technology/platforms to meet objectives. You will own end-to-end reporting, creating dashboards and reports that will measure marketing effectiveness and ROI. You will own marketing analytics, with a demonstrated ability to analyze and give recommendations on how to improve marketing funnels and conversion rates. You will also design the Lever data governance and data integrity initiatives, and communicate guidelines to the organization. We'll be looking to you as the expert in advanced lead scoring models, including technical implementation and ongoing iterations, as well as own partnership with Sales Ops on lead management and routing to Salesforce.com (SFDC).
Responsibilities
**Within 1 month:** - Get up to speed on the product, our customers, our target audience, our messaging/positioning, and our differentiators - Meet with Sales Ops to review existing marketing platform set-ups (HubSpot, Bizible, Webinars, etc) and SFDC system integrations and make initial recommendations for improved efficiency - Audit existing marketing reporting and analytics and make initial recommendations on what to improve in order to improve visibility into KPIs and trends - Take over creation of campaigns in SFDC and HubSpot, as well as lead uploads **Within 3 months:** - Based on review, draft a holistic plan for marketing technology stack to improve: data integrity, lead scoring, overall marketing efficiency **Within 6 months:** - Set up next-level marketing reporting and dashboards, including deep insights into funnel conversions at every stage - Recommend additional marketing technology tools that will help Lever gain a competitive edge/ be in line with industry best practices - Outline workflow processes to increase the scalability and efficiency of the marketing organization - Make consistent recommendations and iterations to lead scoring strategy **Within 12 months:** - Craft a 12-month plan for ongoing marketing automation strategy that aligns with overall business objectives, including targets, budgets and dependencies
Ideal Candidate
Our co-worker is self-motivated, analytical, and passionate about technology . It's critical that you have previous B2B experience, that you have managed the implementation and ongoing optimization of marketing automation tools and applications and that you have a deep understanding of SFDC. We are looking for someone who has expertise in designing lead scoring, as well as a passion for process.
