Summary

This is an opportunity to help steer the ship of a growing and profitable global company in a very dynamic industry. This position will strengthen a Financial Planning and Analysis team of 1 Director and 2 Senior Financial Analysts. You will provide greater insight into the business and improve our ability to predict financial outcomes. You will contribute to decision making to drive profitable growth. You will provide financial support to different functions of the business.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to forecasting and budgeting
  • Analyze trends and drivers of monthly quarterly and annual business results
  • Forecast revenue & expenses using multiple data sources
  • Prepare and communicate variance analyses
  • Develop effective remote working relationships with Controllership, Treasury, and Accounting and Corporate Economics
  • Work to continuously document and improve financial processes
Ideal Candidate

What to bring

  • 3-5 years’ experience in finance or accounting, preferably at mid-size to large multi-national companies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to interact with and effectively communicate with all levels in an organization
  • Ability to work cross-culturally with offices around the world
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to frame and solve analytical problems
  • Project management skills (frame problem, develop plan to solve, drive plan, summarize results)
  • Attention to quantitative and qualitative detail
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively
  • Expert level skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to be proactive and exhibit initiative with very minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Knowledge of GAAP principles

Education / Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a quantitative discipline
  • MBA preferred
