As the Marketing Assistant, you’ll be a part of Nextiva’s Marketing Team. You’ll work with teams across Marketing, Enterprise Sales, Channel, and Culture to drive projects forward. In order to succeed, you’ll need to love working with people, be a self-starter, and embrace the Nextiva culture.
* Assist Marketing and Events Manager with marketing requests from Nextiva resellers including initial phone/email conversations pertaining to helping the partner go to market with the Nextiva product set * Create outline and draft monthly partner newsletters * Maintain event calendar and logistics deadlines * Draft Pre-event and Post-event email communication * Other administrative duties associated with growing the Channel and Enterprise sales teams
Ideal Candidate
* 2–3 years or more of customer service and administrative experience * General marketing experience required * Ability to multi-task and work with several members of the Nextiva team * HTML experience preferred * Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and the ability to use internet based software * Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail * Ability to work in a changing, dynamic workplace * Ability to interface with employees at all levels * Exceptional English both verbal and written
