Nextdoor is seeking to hire our first Campaign Manager - think, Account Management + Ad Operations + being part of building an internal Sales org within a high-growth startup. . In this role, you will be expected to set up, monitor, and report on client advertising campaigns; serve as a point of contact for advertisers; and work closely with our sales, product and engineering teams. Day-to-day functions including trafficking, KPI analyses, financial reporting, and troubleshooting. It’s a unique opportunity to help shape the development of the ad products platform from a very early stage. - Deploy advertising campaigns on Nextdoor
- Monitor campaign delivery and other key performance indicators
- Serve as day-to-day POC for advertisers
- Monitor and solve campaign related issues including troubleshooting of campaign delivery, reporting, tracking / attribution
- Work closely with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback on campaigns and the ad products platform
- 2-5 years of experience in ad operations and/or account management experience in mobile or online advertising
- Experience with native advertising a huge plus
- Experience directly interfacing with clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills and high level written & verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail required
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of standard online marketing, advertising terms, concepts and brand communication in digital media.
