Summary
Are you a unicorn who can speak the languages of Sales, Product and Engineering? Nextdoor is seeking to hire our first Campaign Manager - think, Account Management + Ad Operations + being part of building an internal Sales org within a high-growth startup. . In this role, you will be expected to set up, monitor, and report on client advertising campaigns; serve as a point of contact for advertisers; and work closely with our sales, product and engineering teams. Day-to-day functions including trafficking, KPI analyses, financial reporting, and troubleshooting. It’s a unique opportunity to help shape the development of the ad products platform from a very early stage. Responsibilities
* Deploy advertising campaigns on Nextdoor * Monitor campaign delivery and other key performance indicators * Serve as day-to-day POC for advertisers * Monitor and solve campaign related issues including troubleshooting of campaign delivery, reporting, tracking / attribution * Work closely with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback on campaigns and the ad products platform
Ideal Candidate
* 2-5 years of experience in ad operations and/or account management experience in mobile or online advertising * Experience with native advertising a huge plus * Experience directly interfacing with clients. * Strong interpersonal skills and high level written & verbal communication skills * Strong attention to detail required * Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently * Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills * Knowledge of standard online marketing, advertising terms, concepts and brand communication in digital media.
