The Software Infrastructure Team is looking for an experienced software developer to join a highly motivated team to advance the software development environment. This includes but is not limited to build and workflow tools, build infrastructure to support multiple languages, software deployment tools and processes.

* Design and develop various software components to aid in development, deployment, and release management of firm wide applications. * Interface with developers and other areas throughout the firm to collect requirements for new projects and support the existing development environment components. * Participate in design and code reviews. * Keep up to date on the latest technologies and propose new innovative ideas in the space of continuous integration and tools.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java and practical experience in C++ with a willingness to embrace both languages. * Experience in Python is a plus. * Strong experience with GIT is required. * Experience with continuous integration tools is required and experience in supporting those tools is a plus. * Experience with build systems maven, cmake, nexus, and gradle is a plus. * Demonstrated preference for simple, cohesive, and practical solutions. * Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and to support other team members and development teams. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Financial industry experience is not required. * B.S. in Computer Science or related engineering field; M.S is a plus.
