Summary
The Customer Identification Unit in the Accounting Services department of New York Life is looking for a Service Specialist to handle all aspects of New York Life's Know Your Customer and Foreign Account Tax Complance Act programs.
Responsibilities
* The Specialist will review information for potential and existing customers to ensure the validity of the information these clients provided to New York Life. * In addition, the Specialist may perform policy adjustments and account reconciliations for New York Life traditional products. The Specialist may also be required to perform value calcuations and process policy and value adjustments. * This role may also assist the manager with monthly reports and special projects and provide team support for on-going projects and initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
* A college degree and/or equivalent work experience * Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. * Excellent organizational skills are required * High degree of attention to detail required * Proficiency with Microsoft
