* Process 1099s and W-2s * Support accounting service issues * Ensure proper collection of receivables * Process customer refunds; apply customer credits and debits * Analyze general accounts and prepare month end reconciliations * Gather midyear and annual audit information for external auditors * Manage clerical tasks, filing, special projects and ad hoc reporting tasks * Reconcile cash receipts and bank deposits; post/ apply cash receipts and deposits * Assist with preparation of state tax returns, financial statements, analyses, year-end tax return

* Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting * 3-5+ years Accounting experience * advanced MS Office skills inclusive of Excel * professional, positive attitude along with self-motivation * ability to work well independently as well as with a team * adapt with ease to changing business needs; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
