We are looking for a driven Account Executive to bring on new clients via inbound and outbound communication. We’re looking for someone who loves to hustle, gets excited by surpassing goals, and consistently “gets it done”. You’ll be responsible for bringing on clients via inbound and outbound communication and managing the full sales cycle to close.

* Manage your own customer pipeline of landlords, property managers, brokers, and developers (previous industry relationships are a plus) * Pitch Nestio (both warm and cold) in person when needed, via phone and e-mail * Lead pitch meetings and demonstrate a clear understanding of our products, services, and value proposition * Follow up with all prospects in a timely manner and communicate effectively through all phases to close * Discipline in documenting sales strategy and details in Salesforce

* 3+ years of sales experience - SaaS preferred * Excellent verbal, communication, and follow-up skills with the ability to speak clearly, concisely, and confidently * Prior track record of achieving sales quota and measuring against revenue goals * A proactive, self-starter who takes initiative and has a strong work ethic * High energy and resourceful * A true people person who enjoys building relationships but also the hunting part of the sales process * Ability to work independently and multi-task
