- Work within the framework of the OMH Project Management Office (PMO) to support the Electronic Medical Record Project. - Accountable for system integration, implementation, maintenance and support. - Apply expert knowledge and experience to streamline and execute Release and Defect Management processes. - Identify all tasks and resource allocation requirements for Testing and Release Management. - Define NYS resources and tasks to allow integration and implementation of vxVistA Version 30. - Interact with cross functional teams to manage multiple project phases. - Provide NYS with weekly and monthly project status reports as required. **Project Manager:** - Overseeing projects comprised of multiple deliverables - Delegating and coordinating of tasks - Project status, meetings, scope changes, issues

* Candidate is able to provide leadership of large teams and/or extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. * 84 Months Demonstrated experience in all aspects and phases of Healthcare Project Management, including tracking project status, staff training, systems testing and migration across software platforms. * 72 Months Experience implementing core application processing systems in a health care environment * 48 Months Experience implementing strategic initiatives in a healthcare environment. * 36 Months Experience in contract management including interpretation and execution in a healthcare environment. * 36 Months Experience migrating and consolidating legacy medical claims processing systems. * 36 Months Experience in Information Technology Management with a healthcare vertical focus
