Responsibilities
* Effectively manage the relationship with the outsourced real estate service provider ensuring delivery of daily FM operations, budget compliance, resolution of business requirements, and implementation of cost savings initiatives. * Represent Real Estate in meetings with customers, partners, and suppliers. * Oversee projects and ensure appropriate scope, schedule & budget requirements are met. * Assist the Transactions team in the handling all landlord and tenant matters including lease negotiations, disposals and vacation of premises / reinstatement. * Ensure facilities will meet needs of and coordinate with IT, Security and EHS. * Monitor supplier delivery of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) related to execution of Facilities Management & Project Management in the region. * Assist local management teams in their review/completion of various small construction projects including, but not limited to, addressing lease compliance, landlord approval, vendor contracts and payment guidelines.
Ideal Candidate
**Specific Skills** * Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study or equivalent experience * Minimum of 5 years experience in Corporate Real Estate organizations, utilizing outsourced suppliers, with emphasis on Facilities management and Project management * Ability to establish & maintain effective working relationships * Excellent organizational and leadership skills * Ability to operate effectively across cultural and geographic boundaries and effectively respond to sensitive issues, complex inquiries or complaints and resolve appropriately * Strong communications and presentation skills both written and verbal * Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Ability to travel * Multi Lingual * English & Spanish **Experience Required** * 5 - 10
