The US Digital team is leading the US’s effort to develop and orchestrate digital initiatives across every facet of our interactions with customers.
Responsibilities
* Create our retention marketing strategy and * ambitions based on business KPIs and US Digital goals * Execute the near term and long term tactics * associated with this strategy * Create multi-year strategic plans in * accordance with product roadmap including how you will achieve audience growth * and other business KPIs * Execute and manage your team on the near * term and long term tactics associated with these strategic plans * Manage accountability across tactics, * strategy and KPIs with senior leadership in Digital and US Marketing * Work across internal and external partners * to engage, update and push McDonald’s forward to drive behavior and achieve 1:1 * customer relevance * Plan and execute marketing creative across * all channels: email, SMS/MMS and push * Consistently develop highly innovative customer * communications and contact strategies * Partner closely with several internal teams * such as Marketing, CRM, Customer Insights, Analytics, Media and Merchandising * Identify clear test plans and execute creative and program optimization across communications * Lead marketing requirements for McDonald’s CRM * data strategy roadmap * Develop customer acquisition and contact * strategies against emerging data strategy opportunities * Manage agencies and vendors to * deliver on time and budget * Ability to build and coach high * performing team
Ideal Candidate
* 5+ years of experience developing and * executing email strategies at significant scale and complexity * 3+ years of experience managing a high-performing * team * Proven ability to develop highly impact * retention marketing plans * Experience in executing marketing * strategies in a matrixed environment * Exceptional knowledge of digital trends related * to retention marketing * Very strong communication skills, with the * ability to work in an ambiguous environment with proven experience working on * complex, large-scale, time-critical projects * Ability to influences others in a matrixed * environment
