Summary
Individual contributor who will work closely with the Director of Marketing to support the delivery of the marketing plan for the Processing business and firm’s loan franchise.
Responsibilities
* Create and manage innovative, relevant and impactful marketing campaigns based on an understanding the financial services industry and customer behaviors and trends. * Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that support and align with business objectives. * Identify and articulate key strengths of the business and unique capabilities in all marketing materials. Ensure consistency of message to the relevant external market. * Create and maintain sales presentations, collateral, thought leadership and promotional materials on relevant products and solutions for use across internal and external channels. * Partner with product and sales to ensure marketing campaigns are contributing to a positive customer experience and provide sales with high-value lead opportunities. * Work collaboratively with the broader marketing and communications team on the coordination of events, digital strategies and analyst/public relations. * Analyze campaign performance and make recommendations for future enhancements. * Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (salesforce.com and Pardot preferred)
