Lytx is rapidly scaling and looking for a like-minded accounts receivable professional to combine their skills and efforts with the team to reach out to overdue clients.The Collections Specialist will take direction from the team on addressing past due accounts. Tapping into your experience handling large quantities of collections, we are expanding our team campaign and need your assistance. Responsibilities
* Accounts Receivable related responsibilities (collections, customer correspondence; written or by phone) * Cash application (ACH, Lockbox, Credit Card, and transfers) daily * Near flawless assignment of the payment to the correct account * Use of general and specific MS Office applications * Other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate
**Required Experience & Qualifications:** * 5+ years of Accounts Receivable/ Collections Experience in a dynamic, fast paced environment. * 5+ years of Cash Application experience. * Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications * Knowledge and understanding of Accounts Receivable workings. **Preferred Skills & Qualifications:** * Experience with high volume environments * Comfort using a CRM such as Salesforce or NetSuite * Solid MS Excel skills * Ability to follow established procedures and instructions to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner * Strong work-ethic, excellent time management, prioritization & organizational skills. * Team player and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing business setting * Excellent communication skills * Well-organized with strong attention to detail
